Ah, my dear, this Pudina Pickle is a refreshing burst of flavor straight from the garden! Made with fresh mint leaves, green chillies, tamarind, garlic, and a drizzle of gingelly oil, it’s tangy, spicy, and full of that cool, herby aroma.
In the old days, we plucked the mint fresh from the backyard, washed it carefully, and ground it by hand in the rolu. A spoonful of this pickle with hot rice and ghee could brighten any meal.
