My dear, this Ariselu is the sweetest memory of every festival in our Andhra homes! Made with freshly pounded rice flour, golden jaggery syrup, and a touch of ghee, these soft, round delights are fried to perfection and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
In the old days, we made them during Sankranti — soaking rice overnight, drying it under the sun, and grinding it fresh.
