Made with tender chicken pieces, red chilli powder, mustard seeds, garlic, and gingelly oil, it’s rich, spicy, and full of that mouthwatering aroma only Chittamma’s kitchen can bring.

In the old days, we made it during festivals and family gatherings — cooking the chicken just right, then mixing it with our special hand-ground masalas.
